For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

Any undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree within the Western Australian School of Mines (WASM).

NTEU Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Scholarship
The NTEU Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Scholarship was established to support and encourage Undergraduate Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander students who demonstrate a commitment to community, across the various different stages of their degree.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student
fall into at least one of the student categories below:
be enrolled in a first year undergraduate course at any Murdoch University campus
be enrolled in a final year/honours at any Murdoch University campus
be a student living or studying in a regional / remote area while enrolled in a course at Murdoch University campus.
demonstrate a history of community engagement
can be a part-time or full-time student

A group of payments for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students or apprentices. Depending on a student’s circumstances, ABSTUDY can help with:
school fees
boarding fees
living costs
travel costs
buying school materials.
Financial help if you're 25 or older and studying or an Australian Apprentice.
To get this you must be:
25 or older
A full time student in an approved course or Australian Apprenticeship under the income test limits.
A support service for parents with children under 6 who get Parenting Payment. It will help you with your study and work goals.
